In the first game of the spring part of the season FC Bohemians beat, thanks to goals from Balaz and Snajdr, FC Marila Pribram 2:0. Because also Viktoria Zizkov and Sparta Prague won their games Bohemians stay on the third position of the current table.

FCBP home field had to be changed to a smaller size because of the new rule of the Czech Football Association and nobody really knew for which of the teams this will be an advantege.
Bohemians started the game offensively and their first chance came already in the second minut of the game wehen goalkeeper Blazek (ex-Bohemians player) had to catch Balaz´s header. On the other side Kucera tried his luck but missed te target. In the 10th minute Senkerik took a shot but Blazek saved the ball again.
In the middle of the first half, Radek Sirl made a good play near the corner, passed the ball to Melecky who´s shot was saved by the goalkeeper. Bohemians were much better and Pribram players had to help themself with a lot of fouls. They recevied three yellow cards in the first half...
At the end of the first half Radek Sirl got injured and coach Petrzela had to replace him by Snajdr, who later scored Bohemians second goal. When it looked like the first halfs ends up with a tie, Bohemians scored the first goal of the game. Senkerik made a very good play on the left side, made a great pass and Balaz headed the ball to the net - 1:0.
The first chance of the second half had Bohemians again, when Snajdr´s shot was saved by Blazek. Unfortunatelly for long time it was the last FCBP chance. From now on Pribram was a better team but Bohemians defence worked well. In 56th minute Siegl took a shot but missed. Three minutes later Contofalsky made a very good save. Fifteen minutes left to the game Pribram had a free kick but Otepka missed our goal by half a meter. Few seconds later second Bohemians goal came. Melecky passed a ball to the penatly area where Snajdr had enough time to score - 2:0.
There were no more chances on neither one side which means Bohemians kept the points. Next game will play our guys on Sunday February 17, 2002 at 16:30 in Olomouc.
