Can Liba call off a penalty shot?

For the third time in this season, Miroslav Liba will be a main referee of our game. In the first game we lost to Liberec 0:1 (home game). In the second game Liba called off a penalty shot but we beat Viktoria Zizkov 3:2 (home game) anyway. Now we travel to Olomouc and the only thing we need is three points!
