Although Bohemians will stay in the uncustomary last place even after the 5th round of the second league matches, all is not lost. The team that is forced to play with many 18 years and under 18 years players managed to achieve a good result against the host team of Jihlava that belongs to the better teams in the second league. The result could have been even better if Bohemians had not allowed a tying goal in the dying minutes of the match.

Only three “senior” players from the last year line-up started the game: Obermajer, Třasák and Lesák. However, with the exception of the last few minutes of the game, the makeshift line-up of Bohemians did not allow the more experienced Jihlava team to develop any sustained pressure. Kolář, who is normally a back up goalkeeper to Raba, rewarded the coach Dusan Uhrin Jr. for his confidence in him by playing the best game of his Bohemians career.
Considering all the circumstances, it was an encouraging performance against a respected opponent.
