Match review: Bohemians-Kunovice 1:0 (1:0)

Displaying qualities of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Bohemians won their third game in a row since returning from a Strahov asylum to their home ground in Dolicek.
There was no question what team was better during the first half of the game. “Kangaroos” dominated the game and created enough chances to score more than one goal. The only goal of the first half (and as it turned out, of the game) was scored by Lesak. While players of Kunovice claimed off-side situation, Lesak placed the shot calmly in the net.
The second half brought a different picture. “Kangaroos” seemed to be satisfied just to defend their slim lead and were soundly outplayed by Kunovice. Even Bohemians coach, Dusan Uhrin jr., could not offer an explanation for the change in tactics. Kunovice had their chances but either Kolář made saves or Lady Luck stood by Bohemians. Most of the 508 loyal fans who came to support their team despite awkward start time (Friday 4 p.m.) and steady rain ended up the game with sweaty palms but happy with the win.

And finally, a message to Kunovice coach, who behaved after the game like a spoiled brat: Grow up!
