New Year, new owners?

New hope? After all, hope springs eternal.<br/><br/> After leaked reports that the current ownership of Bohemians is talking to other interested parties about a sale of the club, Mr. Křížek more or less confirmed these reports. He said: “We have agreed with one party that we will sign a future agreement. This should be done on January 7, 2005. I don’t want to release any further details as I don’t want to jeopardize the whole project.”<br/><br/> Mr. Vejsada hinted that there were originally four parties vying for the debt-ridden Bohemians football club - one from Switzerland (UB Corporation), two unknown parties from the Czech Republic and one, also unknown, from Slovakia. It remains to be seen which party will have the honour (perhaps not the right word) to bring Bohemians back to respectability. <br/><br/> As the Chinese say, we live in interesting times.
