Finally a win! It must have been a huge relief both for the players and the coach to get this monkey off their backs. It was not easy and it was not pretty but three points are what matters.<br /><br /> Aware of the importance of this match, Bohemka’s performance suffered from a case of bad nerves. Their opponent, as usual in Ďolíček this season, concentrated on playing defense. Bohemka pressed and pressed to no avail. Finally, when it seemed that the match would end up in a scoreless tie, the best player on the field, Petr Jiroušek, decided to do something about it. After a short corner kick he took the ball, faked a pass but approached the goal from a sharp angle instead and when he reached the box, he passed the ball precisely to Škoda who headed it under the cross bar - goal!
Fans that came again in large numbers could not have been happier.
