Fans have been delighted to hear that Tomáš Kuchař (29) will return to Bohemka. He will be available to coach Busta for the remainder of the autumn season. His future engagement in the club remains still open. Tomáš started his professional football career in Bohemka. He was young, flashy, technically sound, and before too long, Slavia was knocking on the door. He left for Slavia at the age of 21 and spent the best years of his career there. After leaving Slavia, he played abroad (Russia, Poland). Tomáš’ prolonged contractual dispute with his Polish club in Szczecin did not allow him to play anywhere this season. While not being able to play competitively, Tomáš kept on practicing with Bohemka.
It is a coup of sorts for Bohemka management that they succeeded in signing Tomáš Kuchař, albeit only to the end of the autumn season. Tomáš is an offensive minded midfielder who has played 198 first league games in which he scored 17 goals. Coach Busta will have a difficult choice to make in the midfield; where Tomáš’ experience would be a welcome addition.
