Team of the Year

At the end of each year, it is customary for reporters to cast their votes to select both the best sportsman/sportswoman of the year and the best sports team of the year.  This year’s voting brought a pleasant surprise - the football team Bohemians 1905 placed sixth!  Among teams that ended ahead of Bohemka were the Czech national football team (bronze medal Euro 2004, currently ranked 2nd in the world behind Brasil) and the Czech national ice hockey team (2005 World Champions).  Not a shabby result at all!
