Opava - Bohemians 1905 1:1 (0:1)

Finally!&nbsp; Bohemka&rsquo;s first point from an away game came from Opava.<br /> Opava was a better team for the most part.&nbsp; Bohemka concentrated on defense, but managed to counter with quick, dangerous breaks.&nbsp; Bohemka&rsquo;s goalkeeper S&#328;ozík was probably the best player on the field, making one save after another, whenever he was called upon.

Bohemka scored the first goal of the game.  After a messy situation before Opava’s goal, Kotyza finally managed to stuff the ball in the net after several rebounds.  It seemed at that time that Bohemka was in the driver’s seat.  However, Opava pressed on and the result was a goal that would have been even more beautiful had it landed at the other end.  The shot by Sluka from about 20 meters away hit exactly the upper corner of Sňozík’s net.
The remainder of the game had no effect on the final outcome to the joy of about 30 fans of Bohemians that accompanied their team to Opava.
