Jihlava - Bohemians 1905 3:0 (1:0)

Only a few hardcore fans of Bohemians were hopeful before the game in Jihlava, however, the game clearly displayed the performance gap between Bohemka and one of the better teams of the second league.  It seemed that Bohemians players were one step behind their opponents from Jihlava in every department.<br /> It did not help matters that Jihlava scored early in the game.  Already in the 12.minute of the game, sharp-shooter Faldyna victimized Bohemians defense for the first time.  By the time the game was over, Faldyna had a hat-trick and Kangaroos went home with an empty pocket.

The sad position that Bohemians are in (they are among the three teams at the bottom of standings) renewed fans’ calls for coach Busta’s resignation.  Bohemians management, rightly or wrongly, have stood behind their man.
To ease the situation somewhat, the club went out and acquired a veteran forward Radek Divecký.  Divecký is coming on a loan from Příbram until the end of the calendar year.  He is 32 years old, and has played in 196 first division games in which he scored 45 goals.  Let’s hope that he can help Bohemians and won’t turn out to be just another washed up has-been.
