The “B” team of Bohemians faced in the consolation game the “B” team of another Prague opponent, this time Sparta. Sparta B lost in the other semi-final game to Blšany.
Bohemians fans were pleased not only with a good performance of their team, but also with the return of young forward Bartek to the lineup after a prolonged absence caused by complications after an appendicitis. And it was Bartek who tied the score after Bureš from Sparta gave his team a lead.
Although there were plenty of scoring chances for each team to decide the game during the regular time, the score remained tied at the end of the game. Unfortunately, Bohemka lost again in the ensuing penalty shoot-out and consequently finished fourth in this year’s Vyšehrad Cup.
