Bohemians just keep on rolling. The unbeaten series that started half a season ago against the very same team they faced today is still alive. And in the process, Bohemka moved up to the second place in the standings, two points ahead of its closest rival for promotion, HFK Olomouc.
The game was played in a high tempo, with Bohemians having good chances to score. When Olomouc threatened, Sňozík in the goal was Mr. Reliability as usual. And when it seemed that Bohemians wasted too many chances and might pay for it, the knock-out punch was delivered courtesy of Mr.Bálek. With three goals in a 12 minute span he not only achieved a clean hat-trick, he also pretty much put the game away.
The second half was not as entertaining as both teams realized that the game was, for all practical purposes, over. A few minutes before the game’s end, substituting Kulvajt put a final stamp on the victory - 4:0 for Bohemians.
In view of the Bohemians successful campaign so far, the Czech TV decided to show Bohemka to viewers all over the country. Not once, not twice, but three times. The following games will be televised:
