Although Mladá Boleslav is one of the better clubs in the Czech first division, Bohemka players can kick themselves for leaving all three points in the city where Škoda cars are being manufactured.

Unfortunately, the game start caught Bohemka asleep. Boleslav applied pressure and capitalized early. The usually reliable Sňozík fumbled the ball after a hard shot and Táborský had an easy time to score from close range. The goal woke up Bohemians; they became more active, but their passing game was off the mark. Also, high balls addressed to lonely Škoda up front did not pose any problem for Boleslav’s tall defense corps.
The second half was more interesting from the Bohemians standpoint. In an effort to even up the score, Bohemians created some scoring chances, but they also opened up their defense somewhat. The costly turnover after a Bohemians throw-in resulted in the second goal, scored again by Táborský. After that, it was an uphill battle for Bohemians. Although they had some good chances (they hit a post and a crossbar) that first goal away from home still eluded them.
Bohemka will have to concentrate on games against teams that will struggle to stay off the relegation. One of these teams will be visiting Ďolíček next Sunday, October 7, 2007. It will be a must win game for Bohemians. The game against Dynamo České Budějovice will start at 4 pm.
